Day 1 Lectures

  1. Surgical anatomy with emphasis on advanced augmentation procedures
  2. Sinus floor elevation and augmentation procedures
  3. Sinus pathology, recognition and management
  4. GBR procedures
  5. Block grafting
  6. Soft tissue grafting procedures
  7. Evidence based treatment planning
  8. Prevention and management of complications
  9. Medico-legal considerations
  10. An introduction to complex full arch implant treatment

Day 2 and 3 hand-on workshops on cadavers

  1. Anatomy review
  2. Suturing techniques practice
  3. Implant placement and explantation
  4. Sinus floor elevation procedures:
  5. Crestal approach – conventional and newer atraumatic techniques
  6. Lateral wall approach sinus floor elevation and augmentation
  7. Sinus anatomy including the medial wall in relation to ENT procedures
  8. Block grafting techniques
  9. Harvesting from the chin and ramus
  10. Recipient site preparation and graft fixation
  11. Flap design and management
  12. Soft tissue grafting procedures:
  13. Free and pedicle flaps
  14. Alternatives to autogenus flaps
  15. Management of complications
