Rose Thomas works as a Senior Clinical Teacher at the University of Central Lancashire, and contributes to postgraduate teaching in Endodontology. In her current role as a Senior Clinical Teacher, she provides clinical supervision and dissertation supervision to post graduate endodontic students.

Rose qualified as a dentist in 2000 from Dr MGR Medical University in India. She spent the following four years gaining experience in general dental practice and orthodontics. In 2006, Rose moved to the UK and passed her statutory exam to register with the General Dental Council before undertaking further training. Rose obtained membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery, Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow in 2009, as well as membership of the Joint Dental Faculty, Royal College of Surgeons of England, in 2012. In 2016, Rose completed MSc in Endodontology at the University of Central Lancashire on a part-time basis over three years and achieved a distinction. After graduating in 2016, Rose started helping out with the Endodontology masters course on an ad-hoc basis, which she thoroughly enjoyed. She now works as part of the UCLan course team as a part-time Senior Clinical Teacher, alongside her work in the dental practice she owns with her husband.
